INSTRUCTIONS
Face the palm of your hand to the floor then position the support on the top of the hand with the thumb under the small strap, then stretch the small strap across the palm and attach Velcro.
Then stretch each of the three Velcro straps across the wrist and secure until comfortable.
Then wrap long strap around wrist or make a figure of 8 around thumb and back around wrist: never over-tighten.
