The chances are, either you or someone you know has already come across us before, albeit in another guise. That's because the people behind this new SoreStore website are the same people who run Snorestore - www.snorestore.co.uk - the UK's largest and most popular online earplugs store.

We're now bring our famed reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service and support, to the physio market.

We have a policy of only adding product ranges which meet our exacting requirements: that is, they must be safe, effective, high quality and sensibly priced.

We also insist that our products are tested independently by staff and associates. We've taken advice from physios, doctors, trainers and competitors on what is suitable, what is safe, and what works.

That's why currently our main brand is Neo G. Neo G's products are the only ones we've found (so far), which we consider do the job.

What we are

A very efficient company whose customers we genuinely value. We try really hard to get things right and we openly admit it when we get things wrong. We welcome all feedback, good as well as not so good - although the latter is very rare.

What we are not

We are not anonymous dodgy dealers hiding behind email addresses, PO boxes and mobile phone numbers. We're open about who we are and where we are. We do not use a call centre or automated phone systems to take your queries. We actually like talking to people (when we have time). We don't overcharge on postage and packing because we loathe other websites that do and refuse to buy from them. We don't do gimmicks and we don't sell your details to anyone else.
